Haiku
Haiku originated in 17th century Japan. In English, haiku are typically divided into 3 lines with 5, 7 and 5 syllables respectively.

Haiku often engage with themes of nature, color, season, contrasts and surprises; usually, they are contemplative in feel. Haiku is a wonderful form if you want to focus on a moment, sensation, impression or specific element in nature.
